Allah says in the Qur'an, "And [remember] when your Lord proclaimed, 'If you are grateful, I will surely increase you [in favor]; but if you deny, indeed, My punishment is severe "(Qur'an 14:7). Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him) also the importance of gratitude, saying, "Whoever does not thank people, does not thank Allah" (Sunan Abu Dawood 4811). By cultivating gratitude, we recognize the abundance of our lives and develop a sense of appreciation for even the smallest gifts. Gratitude is in humility and allows us to give back and help those in need.
Nurturing Positive Habits:

Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him) said, "Verily, actions are only by intentions, and everyone will have what they intended" (Sahih Bukhari 1).
